These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rev18ops.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Ray Butler LLC ("Ray Butler LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Ray Butler LLC provides done-for-you setup and customization of CRM and automation systems for local service businesses, including but not limited to missed-call text-back, automated lead and estimate follow-up, CRM and sales pipeline tools, appointment reminders, review request automation, and AI receptionist/booking functionality ("Services"). Ongoing support is available separately. Specific scope, pricing, and terms for any engagement will be set out separately in a proposal, order form, or service agreement between Ray Butler LLC and the client.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to use the Site or engage our Services.

By submitting a form on the Site, calling, or texting Ray Butler LLC, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Ray Butler LLC regarding your inquiry or engagement with our Services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of Ray Butler LLC's control. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages from us.
Where Ray Butler LLC provides Services to a client under a separate service agreement or order form, that agreement governs the specific scope of work, fees, payment terms, and duration of the engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls with respect to the Services it covers.
Our Services are built on and integrate with third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel and telecommunications/SMS carriers. Availability, functionality, and performance of our Services may depend on these third-party platforms, which are outside our direct control. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms.
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by Ray Butler LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or Site content without our prior written consent.
The Site and any general information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While our Services are designed to reduce missed calls, missed follow-ups, and no-shows, we do not guarantee specific revenue, booking, or conversion outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control, including your business's operations, market, and responsiveness.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ray Butler LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Site or our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ray Butler LLC, and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a separate signed service agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
